Through proper breathing techniques, mindful alignment and sequenced yoga postures, Shine On will leave you feeling awake, clear and energized. Awareness to the breath is directly related to physical & mental wellness by bringing more oxygen into the body to lower stress levels, improve lung function, reduce blood pressure and improve sleep. The more we breathe, the better we feel. ​ Alignment is also a crucial aspect of our state of being. An aligned spine provides a clear pathway for the body's subtle energy (prana or qi) to flow through. When subtle energy flows more freely, we feel more energized, clear and present. This late morning yoga practice will always give you just what you need to inspire your day.
